Christmas 2024 Terms + Conditions

Peak, off-peak and super off-peak package prices:

  • During the Christmas period (Nov 25th 2024 – Dec 24th 2024), we offer varied peak, off-peak and super off-peak package pricing, dependent on the day of the week and time of the day you are making a booking for.
  • Should you amend your booking date and/or time, we will accordingly amend your package’s price, should the new date and/or time fall into a different pricing category.

Hijingo Christmas packages:

  • At the time of booking we ask you to select your preferred Christmas package (you can always upgrade your package at a later date).
  • A non-refundable and non-transferable 25% confirmation deposit based on your booking total is required. Until then all bookings are on a first come, first served basis.
  • The deposit paid will go towards the final cost of your booking, which is due at least and no later than 28 days prior to the booking date.
  • A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to the booking at the time of final payment.
  • For bookings made within 28 days of the booking date, full payment of the booking value is required at the time of booking in order to confirm it.
  • Outside of 28 days or more of the booking date, a decrease in the number of guests will be honoured and you will receive a refund for guests not attending, minus the non-refundable and non-transferable 25% deposit.
  • Within 27-14 days of the booking date, a decrease in the number of guests may result in a new table allocation that fits the updated group size and you will have a choice of still receiving the full package allocation or converting monies paid associated with the decrease in guest numbers from a package to any other additional food and drinks or a bar tab (non-refundable and non-transferable) to be used during the booking.
  • Within 13 days of the booking date, a decrease in the number of guests may result in a new table allocation that fits the updated group size. The food and drink allocation of your chosen package associated with the decrease in guest numbers will still be served for your group on the day of the booking, along with Hijingo bingo game cards for the guests unable to attend.
    • If you wish for the food (for the guests unable to attend) to not be served to avoid food waste, we would really appreciate you notifying us at least 2 days prior to your booking date so we can avoid unnecessary preparation.
  • We kindly ask that any known allergies or dietary requirements for the group are provided to us no later than 28 days prior to the booking date.
    • For bookings made within 28 days of the booking date, we will agree a bespoke due date when this information will need to be provided by.

Bingo Brunch and Hijingo Experience bookings at Christmas:

  • In order to secure a Bingo Brunch or a Hijingo Experience during the Christmas period, we require full payment to confirm your booking.
  • A pre-order of the brunch main dishes per guest, along with any known allergies or dietary requirements, will also be required and we ask you to provide this no later than 7 days prior to your booking date.
  • If you wish to cancel your Bingo Brunch or Hijingo Experience booking, we ask you to notify us no later than 7 days prior to the booking date. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Within 7 days of the booking date, a decrease in the number of guests may result in a new table allocation that fits the updated group size. The food and drink allocation (applicable to Bingo Brunch only) associated with the decrease in guest numbers will still be served for your group on the day of the booking, along with Hijingo bingo game cards (applicable to both Bingo Brunch and Hijingo Experience) for the guests unable to attend.
    • If you wish for the food (for the guests unable to attend) to not be served to avoid food waste, we would really appreciate you notifying us at least 2 days prior to your booking date so we can avoid unnecessary preparation.

All booking types:

  • Any unused monies on the day of the booking are non-refundable and non-transferable after the booking has finished.
  • Ordering further food and drinks during the booking will be subject to availability of the menu on the day and will need to be paid for at the venue on the day.
  • We do not hold any bookings without a deposit payment. Your booking is only confirmed once a deposit or a full balance payment is made, depending on how many days in advance you are making a booking.

Full venue hire, private game hire, meetings and conferences:

  • If you are booking a full venue hire, a private game hire, a meeting or a conference, then the terms and conditions for these booking types will be shared with you separately by our Events Team as part of the booking process. You can reach out to the team via [email protected]
